One thing that always amazes and impresses me when reading other people's traning blogs is the food they make and eat. It's fresh, healthy, modern and a lot of the time
'raw'. I'm just home from a 13 hour shift at work and the only thing I have the energy to cook is scrambled eggs on toast. Not as bad a fast food as on the picture above but still not ideal. Then again, in an ideal world I would have had lunch too, but since that didn't happen either I'll just start all over again tomorrow and cook myself a good and proper meal.....
